Every meal will be a unique opportunitiy to discover a new local or traditional recipe. In letting you appreciate all the flavours of french and Languedoc cuisine, we will also take into account your preferences and individual taste. Picnic basket available on request for your excursions (12€/prs, lunchtime only. Restaurant meal include : aperitif, hors d'oeuvre, main course, side serving, cheese, dessert, wine and coffee. The buffet breakfast will give you a wide choice of hot and cold beverages, a variety of bread and pastries, cold meats, yoghurts, honey from different french region and of different flavours and many home-made jams. Meals and breakfast take place outdoors (as soon as the weather is mild enough), on the terrace with its breathtaking view. In winter you'll enjoy fireside dinners in the dining room. |
